pc to phone call

i use LAN for internet .i used to call to canada through website speakaway.com using netmeeting. for few days i am encountring a problem that when call established it drops immidiately. i already checked with my LAN service provider and there is no problem with bandwith. i am unable to solve coz when i use dialup service it works fine. believe this problem arises few days ago and before it, it was fine. what should i do?

I'd talk with the network administrator to see if any changes inside the LAN was made.
