I am looking for recommendations for training to advance my PCB design skills. I have done some fairly basic thru-hole board designs using ExpressPCB software. I am looking to learn a more fully fledged design software such as KiCad, and learn about things like surface mount, high frequency/EMC design considerations, high/low voltage separation, layer utilization, Git/revision control, prototyping/manufacturing, and I'm sure a lot more!
I would prefer in-person training, but online is ok too (and maybe even preferred for longer courses). If it's in-person, I am based out of West Michigan, so something within a day's driving is preferred. Course length could be anywhere from a few days to a few months.
So what are my best options? Or if you don't know that answer, maybe point me in a direction that will, please?
Thanks!
