PD3000 pushrod seals keep cracking? 1

Hi, i use several PD3000 cryogenic pumps, in the last 3 months we have changed the pushrod seal on one of the pumps 3 times, going on it's fourth time now. Obviously a problem. Just curious to know if anyone else has had this issue. Could it be the piston (warped)? top or bottom end? Thanks,

Check the liner on the crosshead. Have you ever replaced it?

thanks iainuts, opened it up, sleeve and bearings destroyed, already ordered replacements, thanks alot for your help
