PDF Back to DWG

Hi
can someone advise on how to convert from PDF format back to DWG format

A Google search found a bunch of tools for doing exactly that.

The first one I tried worked as advertised.

The resultant DWG files needed to be scaled to get the objects back to the correct size.
The layers will be what was in the PDF, not what was in the original drawing.
