I am having trouble with getting acrobat to do background printing

i use the following command
"C:\\progra~1\\adobe\\acrobat5.0\\reader\\AcroRd32.exe /t \"%s\\%s\" 8100ENG2 \"HP LaserJet 8100 Series PCL 6\" IP_172.24.62.182"

but what seems to happen is the file is loaded into acrobat and seems to print fine... BUT acrobat will not close after printing is done. If i close acrobat manually it goes to the next file...

guess i am wondering why acrobat does not close after file is printed ?????

any ideas....

You may want to search Google or Adobe's site for more info on this.

When you print manually, go to every properties box and advanced button everywhere. Somewhere there is a checkbox to view the file after creation. Uncheck that box. Then Adobe will not load the pdf for review and remain on screen.

Good luck!!
