PDF export scaling

Hi all,
I'm having some trouble printing 1:1 scale from a PDF. When I print straight from Draftsight everything's fine but when I export to PDF and print the drawing comes out the wrong size. I'm pretty sure the printer isnt scaling wrong and I'm all out of ideas. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

Is the PDF itself the right scale?
Try "printing to PDF" instead of "PDF export".
So: File/print/Name/PDF
