PDM print addin paper sizes

I am having an issue sending a B size print to our printer using the print task.
The printer has a setting for 11 x 17, PDM says B, the printer doesnt select the correct tray for 11 x 17 paper.
Is there a way to have a 11 x 17 setting in the Solidworks PDM print addin?

I have tried messing with customs settings on the printer but it is not working.

Did you check the page setup and the properties from within the file you are printing?
