PDM Vault - SLEEP MODE

Morning All,

I'm new to forums, but hoping this may the way to learn a little more about Vault management??

Our Vault at work consistantly crashes on a daily basis, this effects all the Engineers using the Vault as we all need to use it. Is there a way to switch the Vault to a 'Sleep' or 'Standby' mode. We have tried logging off the Vault but this causes its own problems.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated, alternatives will be great as well.

I think you need to figure out what is causing the vault to crash. Have you looked at the crash or vault reports? Have you reached out to your VAR? What are the error messages you're receiving?
