PE Exam from PE Exam Guide II Section C

There is a section under PE exam Section II Category C 'Structure and Properties' called ' Applications and Specifications of Metal and Materials Selection'
It has 'Mechanical Performance' 'Chemical Resistance' etc.

My question is what kind of questions come up in the examiniation?
What do you have to prepare for these types of qeustions?
