PED WELDER QUAL ON A PRODUCTION PART

I am looking for guidance on what needs to be done to qualify a welder on a production weld. this is an PED/ASME vessel, it would only be a fillet weld on an aluminum. any help would be appreciative.

Not quite sure how you accomplish this. Fillet weld test needs to be macro/fractured.
