Currently running a lens part using PEI resin. Experiencing plate out on the diamond turned insert causing lens quality to be bad. Looking for anyone who may know of a way to stop this from occuring or even a way to clean it off without damaging the insert. Material supplier no help, plate out so small due to lens size that we can not get enough of the substance off the insert to have it analyzed. Any help greatly appreciated.
