Pendulum on Abaqus

Hey,

I'm trying to model a pendulum on ABAQUS to collect data on the movement, stresses and strains at different points.

As i'm new to ABAQUS i'm having trouble combining parts and making a dynamic simulation.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I just made an account. Thanks for the tip.

I have two different CAE files with two different parts in them. I would like to combine them to make a single simulation.

what would be the best way to do that?
