Penetration of Surfaces

I am simulation pressure loading on Aluminum Panels. My Panel is penetrating the rigid body (Support behind it). I have used General contact.How can I resolve this issue? Find attached the picture

Refine the mesh and assign point mass/inertia to the rigid body. If this doesn’t help, try using contact pairs.

You mean, Should I refine mesh for rigid body or plate?

Especially for the rigid body, it has very coarse mesh here.

And since those are shells, make sure that you position your parts according to their thicknesses since contact algorithm in Abaqus accounts for that automatically.
