Percentage of Shaft Resistance calculation in GRLWEAP bearing analysis

I am trying to find out how GRLWEAP calculates the percentage of shaft resistance during bearing graph analysis. I looked at GRLWEAP background report and help manual but wasn’t able to figure out.
Any guidance or reference. TIA.
