PANCHOROSAS: Go to the nearest hardware store and buy a shovel, a stop watch, and get a supply of water. Follow the municipalities rules and dig a hole. Fill the hole with water and time how long it takes to "perc" or drain into the soil. Continue this until it no longer "percs"
