Performance calculations of plate and fin heat exchanger

hey all,
Does anybody have the performance calculations and other feature calculations for a plate and fin heat exchanger.
This one is a compact type and i do have some of the input data like Outlet &Inlet Temps,Flow rates,Pressur drop etc....
Could anyone respond and i also a have a question regarding the free software availability for any plate and fin heat exchanger.
