Perimeter Heat Loss

I am trying to calculate the perimeter heat loss in order to design a radiant ceiling panel system (supplementing the building AHU system). The area is the top floor of a hospital. I have calculated the transmission loss through the walls, windows and infiltration. Should I be adding in the roof loss as well to this calculation?

This it the top floor you are calculating with a temperature differance, than the answer is yes
