PGT master tooth chart

Hello all,

I am looking for a PGT master tooth chart for a plastic pulley. Does something like this exist? The company I work for has to mold a plastic pulley gear. The part drawing calls out for "GROOVES PER GATES PGT MASTER TOOTH CHART". Is there such a chart for plastic gears/pulleys and where would I look to find one? Any help in this field would be greatly appreciated. I have already looked at numerous websites but no one has a PGT master tooth chart.

Go to Gates for help. It does not
make a difference if it is plastic
or steel, the geometry would be the
same. I am familiar with the heavy
duty toothed belts and pulleys where
they can be formed by a hob or cut
with a shaper cutter. I am not
certain if PGT master tooth chart
only defines the topping effect of
these i.e. defines the O.D. or not.
If it is a v groove type pulley than
forget this intrusion.
I had a hob lisp program that I used for
generating gear profiles in ACAD.
If you simply used the gates hob profile
instead of the gear tooth profile
in the program it would generate the
gates profile on the part. The tricky
part is that the pitch diameter is
outside of the O.D. for this type of
belt. This means that the O.D. is less
than the pitch diameter which is correct.
