What are differences in PHAs (Process Hazards Analysis) or HAZOPs between countries? For example, in the US, PHAs are required by the OSHA PSM standard and the EPA CAP standard.
A PHA team must do the PHAs. The preferred methods tend to be HAZOP , Whatif & Checklist.
