How to know the different phases of Al2O3/SiC powder and as-spray?
I had XRD and SEM of Al2O3/SiC powder, Al2O3/SiC as-spray.
I need to know what happen after plasma spray Al2O3/SiC powder onto steel substrate. Did they change their phases?
I do not know which is alpha-AL2O3, theta-Al2O3... and alpha-SiC...

show me please!
