Photo Raytrace: Unkown Renderer Error

I am attempting to render in 3-D using the Photo Raytrace option (AutoCAD 2000). I am able to render using the "Render" option, but when I try using "Photo Raytrace" or "Photo Real", it stops rendering with "Unknown Renderer Error". Am I missing something?

please run acad cd on repaire mode and then check.if problem presist then unstall it and ibstall it again.then tell me. ithink there is problem that some files are missing
