PhotoWorks decals missing

I have applied some decals in PhotoWorks and they render to the screen properly. When I render the same model to a file it doesn't render the decals. Any ideas on what's wrong?

Happens all the time here. This is my work around. Save the SW file. Close the file and then close down SW. Open SW and re-open the file. The decals should now appear and render to screen and file. This problem is a real PITA
