piezo-electrical motor characteristics

Hi,
i am looking for informations concerning piezo-electrical motor.
We would like to replace hydraulique control by an electrical motor for a valve to metering a kerosene circuit.
This type of valve has a small displacement.
We are interesting on the piezo-electrical technology but we have an important lake of information.
Please, could somebody tell me where i can find information concerning the characteristics of this type of control ( rotary or linear displacement, admissible loads or torques, speed and electro-magnetical sensibility , ...)

I am interesting in scientifical articles, books, manifacturers, ...
