Hello,
I've noticed that there is a new type of Diesel injector on the market. This is the Siemens and Denso piezo injector. The advantage with this kind of injector is of course the much faster respone time and therefor the much priciser injection volume.
Now I'm trying to make a system to fine tune the engine performance by altering or changing the engines injection cyclus. Formaly with the coil injectors, this was no problem, because a lot of data was available of these injectors, but with these new piezo's, the producers aren't giving any informatin about them.
Does anybody have an idea what the characteristics of these injectors could be? The data I still need is:
capacitance, resistance, maximal and nominal steering voltage, maximal and nominal steering current, treshold voltage and hysterisis on this voltage.
Thanks Tom
