I'm eager to know the practical dimension of piezoelectric cylindrical actuators or sensors, i.e. the diameter and the length. If you happen to know something about it, could you give me a reply? Thanks.

You might want to go to an Auto parts store & look at a Knock Sensor. From memory, 1/4 NPT thread, About 1 1/2 OD of body.
