Pin connection at the edge of a concrete deck - CSI SAFE

Hello,

I can’t figure out how to make the deck to wall connections highlighted below pinned. I go to assignment - edge releases choose bending moment as 0 but how do I apply to the edge I want? I am assuming there must be an easier way. I read about using line elements, but I don’t see the option to draw a line element.
Any suggestion will be very much appreciated.
