Pink anti-static bubble pak

Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone knows what the coating is on the pink shipping bubble wrap that gives it it's static dissapative properties? It's reacting with my pre-plated steel and I'm trying to get to the bottom of what's causing this.

A lot of the manufacturers use the anti products made by 3M.
If the vendor can't tell you what the product is I would look for another vendor. I would request MSDS sheet on the wrap.

I would give their tech people call an see if this a viable end use application for any of their materials,
