looks like someone put this through google translate.

It seems to say grit blast to SA 2.5, then primer coat of 40 micron, followed by top coat of 60 micron, total 100 micron thick.

Possibly with some sort of cut back on the ends or a cap protecting the ends / inside the pipe.
