Pipe conveyor

Can any one tell me the formula for sizing the Pipe conveyor.
Also if some one can suggest me the belt material to be selected for Pipe conveyor to handle Gypsum, I will be thankful.

If you mean a belt conveyor where a flat belt is is formed into a pipe, these are new (relatively) in materials handling.

You would be better putting your handling problem to a manufacturer experienced in the design of such a machine rather than attempting a do-it-yourself solution.
