Pipe repair - internal swaged sleeve 1

Hi,
Looking to see if anyone knows of a company that offers repair to piping using an internal swaged sleeve?

ZGot a situation with a 2" NB CS pipe coming out of the ground, has corrosion in the first 100mm or so below ground. Flannged connection above ground provides access, so trying to avoid the cost of excavation $$$$. Atmospheric operating pressure, amine service. I'm convinced there's a company out there that offers this, but unable to find to date. Looked at Quickflange, but don't think they offer being able to swage a sleeve approx 500mm below ground internally inside the pipe.

Looking for a long term fix,

Well if it's atmospheric pressure you could consider either internal spray or perhaps a swaged PE insert which then expands after a short time back to the original OD.

An external sleeve is much easier and I'm struggling to see a better long term solution than replacement of a 2" line. You'll always struggle to seal the internal face in a reliable manner.

The utility industries have a variety of internal coating / repair techniques so water line repair and sewage line repair might throw up some better information.

Is the corrosion mechanism of the 100mm pipe reviewed and understood?

Since 2" pipe isn't too large, in order to maintain a minimum cross section for the atmospheric operating service, the pipe repair with the internal coating could be an good option to consider. Of course, a long term fix is to replace the corroded pipe with the CS or SS pipe if suitable.
