What are possible solutions to fix a sag problem without trenching? The problem happened right after construction, but street is already paved. It is 10" PVC sewer gravity line buried under 25-ft deep. Sag is about 2-inch and happened right beside a manhole.
Thank you.

If you have access from the manhole, there may be options. There's a service here called mudjacking used to level sidewalks. Some sort of clay cement fluid is high pressure pumped through a 1 - 2 inch hole and hydraulically lifts the slab to level. The hole is then repaired. They claim it's much more economical to replacing the slab.
