pipe sizing chart

Hello all, I need to find a pipe sizing chart online. I need to specify a pipe size with pressure and flow rate known. I am aware that there are other factors involved such as roughness, but I am searching for a document that has this information tabulated. I have used the California plumbing code in the past to achive this very goal, but I do not have access to this now. Any help is appreciated.
