Can someone please help me with any guidance on design of concrete pipe surround for the pipe laid at shallow depth.
I have been asked to confirm the capacity of unreinforced concrete surround to pipe.

Drawing please.

I think it's a pipe surrounded by concrete, others thick it's a concrete pipe....

You did not define the type of pipe , diameter and cover depth...'concrete pipe surround..' implies the pipe is flexible and small size (less than 20 in).
In this case , the capacity of concrete encasement ( full concrete bedding ) will be 4 times the strength of un-reinforced concrete pipe. In this case ,you may look to
If the concrete encasement is reinforced, you may analysis assuming the encasement is a box culvert.
You may look to the same web site
If the pipe big diameter flexible pressure pipe , your approach could be; design the flexible pipe for only internal pressure , and design the reinforced concrete pipe casing for exterior loads (soil , traffic...) as reinforced concrete pipe.
