I am looking for a procedure for Air Test of Fabricated Gas Transmission Pipeline as per ASME B31.8 with all necessary equipment and all provisions.

B31.8 allows air tests under certain conditions & restrictions. I would avoid an air test on a pipeline if at all possible.

You can do a site search here, air tests have been discussed in much detail on the forum.

As far as a procedure, generally companies develop their own internal procedures for testing. If you are working with a contractor, ask them, they should have a procedure for air testing that will include the equipment and the relevant safety procedures that are required.
