Pipeline coating repair for FBE and ARO (Denso, Powercrete)

Hello,
for FBE coating, we use Denso Protol 7200 for field repair
for ARO coating, I have a couple of questions:
1. If Powercrete R95 a suitable coating repair/replacement in the field?
2. For the ARO, is it recommended to coat with Denso 7200 before applying the powercrete, if powercrete is a good coating for this section?
