Piping and cabling flex lines looping

So I have been having problems when creating flexible tubes with the piping and cabling extension. Quite frequently the tube will loop back around on its self or have a strange bulge in a section that should be strait. This typically happens in areas where I am trying to create a strait section near a fitting. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or has any tips for preventing this from happening.
