I am designing a low temperature pipeline for natural gas. I use A420 WPL6 for fitting dimensions up to 14 inch. For larger dimensions I need material suitable for low temperatures with yield strength - 60ksi (415 MPa).
What material should I use?

Hello! As far as i can understand you will use high strength pipe over 14" and you want the fittings also to have same strength. Please try reading MSS SP-75 that covers butt welding fittings in high pressure systems. If you want please give me more details about the pipe material to help you more.
Regards!

MSS SP-75 WPHY60 or A860 WPHY60 suit my needs, but I can not find any supplier for those fittings in Europe. They all offer TStE 420 according to DIN standards (delivery time is 6-7 months. I need those fittings in 2-3 months. Regards!

Good morning! It is 9:00 am here in Greece! Please try MIDSTEEL (ENGLAND, SICOM (ITALY), PHOCEENE GENOYER (FRANCE). Hope these will help! Good luck! Have a nice day!

You might try looking at ASTM A350-LF2 fitting. We used these for the Alaska pipeline in "outside" settings.
