Piping joint integrity while Hydrojetting with 15000 PSI pressure across the 36" piping loop

In plant there is requirement of in position cleaning of 36" piping line around 15 mtrs & having venturi meter in the piping line by hydro jetting at 15000 psi. The concern is will the piping joint integrity affect while hydro jetting? Appreciated for your response base on own experience

I don't see with the hydrojetting pressure. It's quite normal. My concern will be how effective it will be for a 36 inch pipe. Check with some cleaning companies.

We communicated cleaning companies & as per them they will use the Rotary nozzle & will able to clean the pipe & venture. I am concerned about the joint in piping gasket damage while cleaning.

What joint material / gasket is it?

What type of flanged joint (RF, RTJ, other)

Most spiral wound have metal jackets, but please post a picture of your gasket.

Gasket specification is FULL ENCL 304 55 300 RF 2. 5 MM MSS CORRUGATED W/GARFOIL TAPE.
Flange Type : Raise Face WN Flange.

Well a picture or diagram would be nice but I think with the term "Full encl 304 sounds like the seal is fully wrapped in 304Stl Stl.

Therefore no issue with your washer.

But see if you can see a spare one to check that's what is actually installed.
