What are the pipe rating chart (pressure value) and the 400 rate considered

Pressure class charts generally include class 400 piping. The pressure rating depends on the material and temperature.

Class 400lb piping class ratings (and also 150lb, 300lb, 600lb, 900lb, 1500lb and 2500lb) for various materials can also be found in table 10-45 of Perry Chem Engg Handbook 7th edn.

The pressure temperature rating for class 400 is in table 2 of ASME B 16.5.

Class 400 is very rare though and in 35 years, I've never seen one.
Is that what you mean?

Note that 16.5 doesn't include either 5L or a694 f 52. Therefore you need to use group 1.1 or use mss sp 44 ratings.
