Unigraphics and Pro/E both have piping design modules.

Rebis AutoPlant (now Bently something or other) is the state-of-the-art program for piping and/or industrial design. Rebis will generate your isometrics from your model, with a B.O.M., and do a host of other things for you that are too lengthy for me to describe here. I am an AutoCAD guy, and have tried Solidworks, Microstation, and scores of others, so I am a bit predjudiced about the entire matter. However, take a look at their offerings at either the Bently site or at Rebis.com
