Pitfalls of Electro-deposition Paint Process

We intend in the first half of 2004 to install a new paint system which includes an electrocoat stage. I have limited experience of the e-coat process as we currently use wet or powder paint only. Can you warn me of any process, quality or maintenance issues, which are particular to the e-coat process and may not have been considered?
