Hi all,
I'm relatively newer to inventor as far as experience goes. When I am creating multiple parts and I bring them into assemblies, I wind up with a lot of my sketches and work planes visible. Some times I am working with very large assemblies and it is very time consuming to hide each individually through the browser, especially if I'm working with sub-assemblies, mirrors, and patterns. I have noticed the global toggle View>Object Visibility>User work Planes/2D sketches. I use this very very often. I will toggle them off, but as soon as I create another plane or sketch, or if I want just one to be visible, they're all back and I have to repeat the process again.
Is there a setting I'm missing? Can I default them to hidden in the assembly? Is there another option or a workaround?
I am working in inventor 2014 and something like this seems like an unnecessary burden.
I appreciate any help or advice.
