Hi guys,

I am trying to simulate a tensile test in FEA, but am unable to correctly model the plastic strain and damage.
I have a specific material to use and been given a respective data sheet for it also.
I have access to the values for Hill's criterion, and have found ways to implement other models such as johnson-cook.

however I cannot find a way to use the hill criterion.

Is there any way to do this in Abaqus CAE version 6.14?

Regarding Hill criteria, I think the manual says it pretty clear
Abaqus/CAE Usage:
Property module > material editor:
Mechanical > Plasticity > Plastic: Suboptions > Potential
Mechanical > Plasticity > Creep: Suboptions > Potential

If you want to add damage, you'll find the options also in the material editor:
Mechanical > Damage *
