plastic shrinkage rates?

have a tool that molds parts in Acetal what alternative plastics will run in it. Can anyone help?

Maybe PET, PBT, nylon 6.6, HDPE, PP

The shrinkage of all 5 plus acetal is quite variable depending on part design, mould design and moulding conditions.

Goliath-

Just about any other thermoplastic wil "run" in the mold. However you have other issues to consider. What is the funtion of the part and will another material work. What is the gating and runner configuration. However I think that you SHOULD NOT run PVC because if my memory serves me correct, that could cause an explosive situation.
