Hi all,
I have received two plastic mold specs for production of 10-20L jerrycans.
Blowmolding mold specs (the jerrycan body):
Cavity: 4Cr13 Stainless Steel
Backing Plates: S50C
Neck Finishing Ring:
SKD11(HRC58~62)
Injection molding mold specs (lid, neck, string etc):
Cores&Cavities:S136
(HRC52)+Japanese
DC53(HRC58)
Mold Base: 4Cr13 Stainless
Steel(Rc30)
I will be producing in a medium to medium-high humidity area, and I'm wondering if these specs are generally good enough for producing 500k-1m units.
Would greatly appreciate your thoughts!
