Are all plating racks hand fabricated items with very low precision?

Does anyone make racks that are manufactured so that the locations of the clips is held to a tight tolerance?

What about just using a drawing or CAD model instead of working from a part?

Clips for plating racks are usually made of clips.
Unless you have special requirements, they should fit for any range of tolerances.
