PLC Configuration

we are using MOTOROLA MOSCAD PLCs. MOSCAD toolbox6.50.
nowadays we met an issues that when we try to downloading the application program into PLC it shows some error.. we are unable to downloading the program into PLC.
the messages are shown below:
1)need RAM size 62196
2)communication failed
3)configuration does not match
4)download failed.

can any one guide us to solve these problem

You need to first set the PLC processor model type (CPU/RTU model number) in the PLC program to match the RTU/PLC processor you will be downloading program to. (model number example F4570, F4571 ... F4585)

Don't forget to reboot after downloading the new Site Configuration program.
