PLC models for Navy application

I am designing an enclosure that will contain a PLC and a Servo Drive in it. It will have to meet all the major mil-specs - 901d, 461, 1399 and 167. Can anybody recommend a PLC manufacturer that I can specify to be used in this application? I only need about 6 inputs, 6 outputs at 24 VDC.

The enclosure will have external shock absorbers, but I want to use a PLC manufacturer that I know was succesful in supplying parts for the military. Getting that information from suppliers is very difficult.

I have some leads on the Servo Drive, but if you know something that would take 650 VDC input and provide 460, 3 phase output with resolver feedback and brake, please let me know.

This is modular and can be expanded. It has passed navy shock, vibe, and EMI.

Siemens and Allen-Bradley are both onboard ship. AFAIK, there is more support for Allen-Bradley. But it moreso depends on the mounting than anything else. You could contact the machinery control branch at NSWC Philadelphia for more information; you might be able to use their design right off the shelf.
