Please refer Cl. 18.7.4.1 of Electrical Engineers Reference Book by MG Say and M A Laughton which mention power transformer stepping down from 132kV have output up to 300MVA. Anyway I got the data I wanted, Thanks

Maximum out put rating of transformer is decided by the breaker capacity on LV side. As per my understanding with today's breaker technology, the maximum transformer capacity with about 18 % transformer impedance is 180 MVA at 33kV,whether 400/33 or 220/33 or 132/33 kV. If LV side is 11kv ,rating will be still lower.
