Plenum size for boosted individual throttle bodies.

It seems theres been plenty of in depth threads about plenum size and intake design in general but I havent found any definitive information about plenum requirements for an individual throttle body intake manifold. I would assume runner length and diameter are still the main players but how much does plenum size effect things as it is pre-throttle blades.
